Delivery is usually 7-10 working days.

Products shall be dispatched via Royal Mail or Courier; this may be liable to change. Couriers require a signature and operate between 9am -5pm weekdays only. It is therefore advisable to give a postal address where somebody shall be available to provide a signature for the order.

We shall not be responsible for any delays including losses or damages as a result of our website.

Returns Policy

Should you feel that orders do not reach you in satisfactory conditions orders may be returned if the following conditions are met;

  1. Copy of the original invoice must be sent with the returned product.
  2. Goods will only be accepted within 30 days after order confirmation date.
  3. Products shall be accepted if the original packing has not been tampered with.
  4. A 10% handling charge shall be deducted from the total value of the product.
  5. The return postage charge shall be incurred by the customer.
